Membership Options

Membership options and fees are outlined in the below table. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive (where applicable). These membership fees are also payable with Airpoints Dollars™.

Individual Membership

Your card identifies you as a valued customer and is your passport to all the privileges available to Koru Club Members travelling on Air New Zealand operated International and Domestic services. For this reason, it is important you carry your card with you when travelling.

Corporate Membership

Corporate Membership offers full Koru Club benefits at a reduced rate for organisations enrolling 10 or more employees. Conditions apply - please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Senior Membership

If you are over the age of 65 and have retired from business you can enjoy Koru Club Membership at a reduced rate. Special conditions apply - please contact the Koru Club Service Centre for full details.

Partner Membership

We no longer offer new Partner Memberships.  Existing Memberships will of course be honoured for their term and up until the time you choose not to renew your Partner Membership.

Global Plus Platinum Members

Air New Zealand will waive the Koru Club joining fee for Global Plus Platinum card holders where they are taking up a new Koru Club membership or renewing an expired Koru Club membership. To take up this benefit, contact the Air New Zealand Koru Club Service Centre on 0800 736 000, advise that you are a Global Plus Platinum card holder and tell the operator your Airpoints number. Please note that to obtain this fee waiver, you must contact the Koru Club Service Centre with the above information prior to applying for or renewing your Koru Club membership as we are unable to refund the joining fee if you have already paid it.

*A joining fee is applicable for both new Memberships and existing Members who are renewing Membership after 3 months of expiry of existing membership.
